The cops are not even making any allegations against grandma; it's the landlord
making the claims.

She's been in that apartment for 30 years. If she has "rent control" then the
landlord wants her out since she pays the lowest rent in the entire complex.
They can't raise the rent of her apartment above a set percentage until she moves out.

Does this sweet 59-year-old grandma (and great grandma) look like a drug-selling, gun-shooting, gang-banger at all to you? Well, she does to the police, and supposedly, they have the reports to prove it all.

I think that she's been there for thirty years.. what do you all think is going on? She can't afford 2011 rents, they probably ran into some legal issue stopping them from raising it, blam... find a way, get her the hell out

And then she may not be as innocent as she looks.. I've been around older black women all of my life and I can tell you they're fiery and capable of an anything. One on the corner held church service, gave out wonderful free food - another one down the block also a sweet innocent little old lady, she shot her sons girlfriend to death and then poured hot grease over him while he was bleeding to death

So basically what we have here is an old black woman being forced out because the landlords are greedy assholes and she could be a gang banging hoodlum. I say there is a 95% chance that it's the former.

NEVER underestimate old ladies, though. Especially old black women. Some of them will murder your fucking stupid ass if you get out of hand.
