What to use to remove pen from a LCD Monitor ?
 

Anybody know what to use to remove pen from a LCD monitor

I cant believe It..I had this new LCD monitor bought for me for my birthday 6 days ago and my grandaughter has gone and drawn pen over it :mad:

Rubbing alcohol 50%

Nail polish remover I used on LCD once when my boy put ball pen Mark on it

You will rubb off the anti-static layer.

What else to use, i couldn't say you tbh.

Rub it with the grandaughter's face until its all gone.

Does some of these monitor cleaner sprays work? They do have some alcohol inside, but try with these - they should be safe to use. By the way - I had the same problem - I have 2 small kids at home and they did the same to me, but they used hammer. Now I'm proud owner of new 17" LG. Kids - what can you do but love them ?

Abort them before you get attatched.

Have tried a damp cloth that dont work, guess ill have to take trip down to the pc shop and see if they have something i can use

Go to Staples or your local equivalent. Get LCD cleaning kit.

I wasn't aware of that.. I've done it many times to several monitors, and never had a problem..... but I won't say that you are wrong, because I like dust over my screen - a nice thin layer

I would have your offspring pay for it ... Also, you all need to worry more about watching your little ones instead of bonging out on the back patio while the kids run rampant...

hammer and chisel - couple of light taps on the chisel and you won't even notice the black pen was ever there.
