What dialers pay great rates and on time?
 

Looking for OPINIONS on what dialer programs meet the following.

1. Great rates
2. Pay on time
3. Large country list
4. Can be trusted
5. Have either language specific FPA's or a multi-lingual landing page.

A bonus would be if they have a URL I could just dump the traffic to via redirect and let them handle the sales pitch landing page.
