Hello!

I live outside the Great Britain that's why I post this thread.

I need to place a money claim against a person in the UK, for which I plan to go to small claims court.

I have already tried it when I was in London, but the fact that I don't have an address in GB didn't allow me to place the claim, although I was already through all the procedure :(

Could anyone please help me!!!

You need to rent an address - nobody is going to want a CCJ against their address when the whole thing goes tits up. Virtual Office? Mail forwarding address is something like £15/month + postage costs.

Also, if they dispute the claim you can be required to attend the court and argue it.
