The .mobi tld is really not worth anything, I'd put it at the same level as a .ws or a .info.
You'll have to double the effort to get that ranked.
However because of the good keywords in it you "could: find some noob to take it off your hands for $100.

About $250 for someone that knows what to put on it. About $8 too much for anyone that doesn't.

In 5-10 years, that would be a couple of thousand dollars. (if .xxx doesn't take over)
