The very last sentence she says? Right at the VERY end... AFTER her cig is lit... (3.18 onwards)

before she lights the smoke she said something like "there are things that are marvelous"

after that she said something like

I have never met... (something... couldn't make out the last word)

Nahh.. Thanks but thats not it... Before she lights the cig, she says IN ENGLISH (With her french accent) 'Sid Vicious, can I marry you?' then the cig is lit and she says something actually in French... Its that last something I need to know...

That is EXACTLY what's on the soundtrack of the clip you posted. She doesn't speak Engrish at all... Perhaps you have listened to a clip with a different soundtrack?
