Do you have your own toll-free number?
If so, what service are you using? I'm going to get one for my brick & mortar business. I've been looking at grashopper.com and ringcentral.com. Any others I should consider? I'd also like to find one that has "vanity" numbers available.
I have 3. The one I got from a hosted PBX service and the other 2 are from Vonage. Vonage will help you with vanity numbers too.
I have one with Grasshopper. My only complaint is they don't have a feature to record calls.
I got one Toll-free: (866) 424-8777

ring central works pretty decent. set it up for a friends small office with just a regular DSL line and the quality of voice is still pretty good. And he uses 5 phones.
Yes, I have an 800 #'s. I get them from my business telco. Make sure you pay attention to the rates you get on the calls if they charge per minute or what.
:pimp |
Why would I want to talk with anyone who can't afford an unlimited cell plan? They are only $40
