Ex selling naked Jennifer Lopez videos to porn site
 

SUPERSTAR Jennifer Lopez's first husband was last night said to be nearing a mega deal to sell their honeymoon videos to a porn site.
But her lawyers were hoping to block it by enforcing a permanent injunction the singer took out to stop Ojani Noa releasing the tapes, in which she appears naked.

Noa, who was married to J-Lo for 11 months in 1997, found a legal loophole last week in his battle to cash in.

A Los Angeles judge backed his girlfriend Claudia Vazquez who bought 27 hours of footage, including 20 minutes of nudity, for a dollar (about 60p) from Noa.

She claims that J-Lo was harming her livelihood by blocking work on a planned film incorporating the tapes.

Noa's manager Ed Meyer said bids started "in the hundreds of thousands" and were expected to rocket.

Boasting of porn sites that wanted the tapes, he said: "If an offer looks good we'll definitely take it."

Kate Miller of Pornhub, the X-rated equivalent of YouTube, said they had already allocated a place in their celeb section.

Meyer insisted Noa could market the steamy footage because J-Lo gave him permission to film her and gave him the tapes when they split.

J-Lo, now married to singer Marc Anthony, plans to appeal against the judge's ruling. Noa has been fighting to release the tapes since 2007.

No you can't publish them. All of the legal actions are smokescreens to generate publicity and controversy. Unless the tape is only released outside of the US, J-Lo will have to sign the model release and provide ID for 2257 records. When sales start slowing down, the 2 parties will probably announce an out of court settlement for an undisclosed sum, to generate more publicity and sales.
