Dedicated server issue?

Someone had hacked my ecommerce store with GspotProductions :(

They hacked the ecommerce directories in the server which placed malware in the server. We had to sort the situation before saying what it was..... It went down several times over the past few days, an hour or so Friday, the same saturday afternoon and then from last night until this morning :(
