in adult, I believe many webmasters are taking a big chance in embedding videos from some of the big tube sites, if something can be proven to be illegal and you have been embedding the video on your site, it might be easier to prosecute a webmaster living in a western country that is embedding that video rather than bother to go after some corporation running a tube site out of a third world country :2 cents:

As for the embedding of infringing adult tube site videos ? that is another story; "knowingly" v. some spotty compliance with DMCA ? something to argue with before a Court.

I was thinking along the lines of someone running their autofed tube script that might embed a video from a big tube called something like "Teen webcam to her boyfriend" and it turns out she is underage and there is no 2257, shouldn't every webmaster that irresponsibly sets up a tube script to blindly embed videos possibly face legal action in that kind of situation?

ignorance is not a defence when it comes to that kind of thing I don't believe

Regardless of §2257, rebroadcasting of underage sexually explicit image is unlawful

§ 2252. Certain activities relating to material involving the sexual exploitation of minors
