I'm looking for the best of the best PHP and C++ coders. No 'run of the mill', no flakes, just the best coders for a few projects to start.

I remember there was a guy with some weird l33t name and I know there are a few that have what it takes. Looking for recommendations from actual users here.

I forgot: please only Europe, USA and South America coders. Nothing wrong with Asian people, but I just had a 100% failure rate every time I used them, so if you're an Asian coder or outsourcing company please avoid this thread, I won't use your services anyways :2 cents:
