Is there anyone offering 3rd party billing services for Australian webmasters these days ?

Open a US/EU company.

In this particular case, not possible.

Why? You don't have the cash?

Cash is the last of my issues, it's the structure of the ownership of the site needing billing and the complexities of adding another company into the mix.

I have a UK company, a Thai company and a Netherlands company and about six Australian companies, however for *this* project the structure of ownership dictates we use a billing company that will deal with an Australian entity.

How about Philippine based?
