I love how people make up bullshit.

This makes it look like the Sheriff failed to do anything about a large number of sex crimes. The truth is that the local police couldn't get enough evidence to arrest these people, turned into cold cases, and then they passed the buck over to the Sheriff and then complained. Classic.
