I just was thinking about them, they have geo-ads, so it could convert a bit.
or any other aff. networks similar to the groupon with higher commisions ?

Still not heard from them, and that was months ago.

Not sure if I am as interested now anyway as I so can see lots of sites doing the same thing.

I am promoting them a little bit with mobile traffic (but through mobpartner) and doing okay (mainstream traffic of course)

Google news about them for the GEO locations you are interested in. They are getting lots of complaints in different countries for slamming companies who sign up with them. For example, Company A says we can give away 1000 burger deals and groupon sells 5000. Bankrupting the promotion and pissing off the customers. I think their days are numbered. Guy who founded already sold out of it and has moved on to new project from what I have heard.

They get the clicks, I've got them on Spanish sites though adsense. Didn't know you could go direct.

I signed up for the affiliate program last night and am awaiting approval.

Know a guy who made 3K in referral fees when it first started.

After one lazy week, I joined groupon affiliate program via CJ and I have to say, they have really shitty payouts. gold adult.
new customer 10 percent, existing customer 2 percent.
Its pitty, they have no clue about affiliate marketing as they arent able to estabilish own affiliate program and use shitty CJ who takes few more percent from the deal.

and their Geo-targetting means you have to pick your links and target them by yourself....geez we are in 2011, even shitty adult dating programs are using more advanced GEO-targetting then this multi-billion company.
