Designer needed for punBB forum customization
 

This would be the first of many projects if you are good and deliver on time, spec, and budget. This project consists of customizing the design of a site run on punBB message forum software, and will also include 4 new custom pages (requirements provided, but basically 1. Warning Page 2. Homepage w/ navigational options and some ads 3. Free Join page for Surfer Type 1 4. Free Join page for Surfer Type 2).
