God, I hate that I need to defend Tiffany of all people but she had multiple hits. However, this might be one of those things where she only had one in the UK. There are a lot of UK artists that people in the States label as one hit wonders too but were much bigger back home.

Can't think of anything else by them that hit the UK.

Its a bit of a difficult thing to do though sorting one-hit-wonders by country compared to globally. Bands that were huge in the UK could have only got lucky with 1 song in other countries and vice-versa.
