Fucking up people's Adwords?

Does Google eliminate duplicate click payments from the same IP address?

Someone with the same IP hit my website over 300 times yesterday through Adwords and racked up a nice $1,200 bill for me. I always thought Google restricted clicks/pay based on IP so one person can't go in and deplete another person's daily budget.

if the person kept banging on the same ad, then Ive never had a problem getting that money back.

however, if the person keeps searching for new phrases and clicking on the ad, then technically they are legitimate clicks. you would have to file a claim with Google, but I've never had a problem not being successful with getting funds back.

1200/300 = 4 usd ., damn some high paying kw.

Claim money back because of a fraud, even if that IP did many searches, come on, 1200$ for 1 IP is not clean, its mess

O MARINA 05-17-2011 11:22 AM

hope you get the $ back
