    Who is your favorite Muppet?

    21 years ago today Jim Henson died, but his legacy lives on through the wonder of the Muppets.

    I've always had a soft spot for the Cookie Monster... there's something about that big blue cookie freak that makes me smile every time

My first thought was to go with either Cookie Monster or Oscar The Grouch. But upon further contemplation, I think I'd have to go with Animal. As a baby, he started off as a little feral child on the Muppet babies and mostly just growled at everything. Then when he grew up, he became a rock star drummer. It's hard to get much cooler than that.

I can't pick one or even a few... I love the entire cast of the original muppet show characters. The sesame street ones were less violent and harsh but hard not to like them as well...
