21 years ago today Jim Henson died, but his legacy lives on through the wonder of the Muppets.

I've always had a soft spot for the Cookie Monster... there's something about that big blue cookie freak that makes me smile every time

That's a toughy. My first thought was to go with either Cookie Monster or Oscar The Grouch. But upon further contemplation, I think I'd have to go with Animal. As a baby, he started off as a little feral child on the Muppet babies and mostly just growled at everything. Then when he grew up, he became a rock star drummer. It's hard to get much cooler than that.

Kermit the heart and soul of the Muppet family, Jim Henson as a green felt frog. Grover, Cookie Monster, Bert and Ernie. I like the Sesame Street muppets better than the TV show ones.

thought about this one for a minute.. I can't pick one or even a few... I love the entire cast of the original muppet show characters. The sesame street ones were less violent and harsh but hard not to like them as well...

the first movie is still one of my favourites of all time.

Oh yeah. I love Animal, he's badass.... I love how chaotic and off the wall he is. lol

I love them all too, but if I HAVE to choose one, it would be him.
