and not one sale, not that I expect a sale on 111 uniques, but 100 submits... and not one sale? Usually the ratio is at least 100:1 (unique/submits).

Maybe I'm not getting it.

i guess, the field names are very usual and some automated bot caught it , and thats what 100 submits are,
i suggest u to send this traffic to pay per lead program. ;D
