Fast and not cheap ... your local (brand) copy center like Kinkos/FedEx, Staples, Office Max, and Office Depot.

VistaPrint is great, priced right, but you will pay dearly for overnight delivery.

Try hitting up your local office supply store; Office Depot, Office Max; etc., for business card software and card stock.

Load it up, design your card and run'em off!

If you do them yourself make sure you buy "clean edge" snap out cards... I printed some business cards on those with one of those free printers you get when you buy a computer... looked fuckin' PROFESSIONAL!
