as for that whoring comment , its complete bullshit i got my first cd writer loong time ago for 500 USD i can get one now that is much better for 45 USD

You're not really the sharpest tool in the shed are you? CD writers are cheaper to produce because of technological advancements. Design work is still MANUAL WORK that requires experience and expertise.

yes but if you look more deeply into the topic you would realize that the most important thing is that if you move the manufacturing sites to the east (eastern europe , china and india) the people there work for much less and their productivity is much better than USA , the quality too ofcourse.

actually that is what i am doing , I pay them much higher than do other foreign investors in that country . And I really dont know how else to improve living standards in a given country than creating new well paying work opportunities :) for the people.
