What do you think looks good today for the long term..... low p/e, low book, etc.

I prefer to look at companies that have been around a while, market cap at least $1 billion.

Well back in 2011 (when I started this thread) it was not too much to ask. Now that we have had multiple rounds of QE and way bloated stock market, it might be more difficult.

Shorting shitty companies is where it is at. I shorted TWTR down to 35 and covered but if it rallies to 40 I will short it again and my target will be 20:thumbsup

I wouldn't hold that position with earnings coming up. It might make a good short after earnings though.
