It was capitalized and didn't have a context and it's origin is french so the pronunciation is what we both said.

Joan - a .org pilferer that over paid herself taking industry money that believed she would be fighting Child Porn but did nothing other than send a few emails to the FBI that lead to nothing of any consequence. ( Should be arrested for embezzlement taking money on an org that never did anything for anyone. ) I bet if ASACP was seriously investigated there would be some findings.
