How to remove an image from Google?
 

Just going to be blunt and honest, a mugshot of mine ended up on Google Images. All you have to do is type my first and last name, then boom there it is.

Is there any way to get this issue resolved without contacting an attorney? I wanted to exhaust all options before I went and spoke with someone regarding this issue.

I've already tried contacting the website directly (exactly one week ago) and even offered to pay for my removal, but have yet to hear a response.

Also none of these images show up on Bing or Yahoo images.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

try hotlinking it from somewhere really busy , perhaps the bandwidth will make them pull it

what kind of site is it? a government site or someone's personal site?

maybe flood the net with images named the same to burry your actual pic...at least for the time being

yes, was reading an article from a PI on how to hide your identity online and one of the things they do is create s shitload of fake social network accounts and blogs with the same name as yours.

true, well in this case probably a few facebook accounts and tumblr with right naming could do the trick

Heres the thing.. you can type anybodys first and surname into google images and if you have a facebook account with your name 9/10 your face will show up .you cant hide from the good old googs :thumbsup

Ultimately, of course, to avoid having your mugshot on the internet, don't commit crimes.
