I saw it suggested that if you have trademarked names, just send ICM a list by certified mail giving them notice that you will sue them if they sell your name to anybody but yourself.

They are then legally on notice.

I know everyone's sole reason to be in business is to "make money" but it's a great feeling to tell someone who wants to do business with you to fuck off. Sometimes that feeling is worth more than the money you would have received.


AVN, why stop there... why not ban people from having .xxx in their sigs. That Chris 2.0 whore is sig whoring the hell out of .xxx, if you not going to take ICM's money to advertise here, then let's just ban their asses all together, no point letting them get free advertising from the site.
