Problem with Fireworks in WinXP
When I try to batch images in Fireworks 4 on my new XP box, the "add all" button on the first batch processing configuration window won't work. The images display ok, but for some reason they aren't registering, because when I click "add all" all that appears in the lower box is the directory folder. When I try processing the directory name I get the "could not run the script: This operation requires an active document" message.
To get it to work I have to go to the image folder then double click on each of the images individually to get them into the lower box, which is a pain in the ass when doing 100's at a time. Anyone know of a fix or having the same problem? |

I never could get fireworks batch to work in XP. Maybe I need to upgrade to a newer version :(

I get that problem with 98SE - it usually goes away with a reboot

Some programs work better when you pay for 'em.
