Bieyanka Moore's agent was New Jersey-based John O'Byrne. Reached by phone, O'Byrne confirmed that he worked as Bieyanka Moore's rep but said only: "I cannot speak to you about this matter."

This O'Byrne guy is one of many creeps who are on SexyJobs.com. I made a fake profile on SexyJobs.com a few years ago. I'm in the porn industry, I know pretty much what to look out for and who's legit. Every email I received from the SexyJobs profile was from somebody shady, most being companies trying to get girls to cities like Miami to escort. The offers for porn were always guys without any websites, no evidence they shot for any company - just creeps looking to get sex.

RK are very diligent about their ID's. I would have to say that they are one of the very best at checking ID's in this business.

They use a scanners, they visually check it, they take pics, of it and then they take a video of it.


This whole thing is pretty lame. The mother should be shot!! If she did her job of being a mother, maybe this girl would not have ran away to do porn.

With the technology available today some leeway needs to be given for those that follow correct verification steps .... and some penalties need to be enforced against those that deliberately, fraudulently, provide false documents.

But the way the law reads on that subject is pretty black and white. Where RK's due diligence on checking the ID's may come in, when the sentencing gets handed down. The judge will have desecration in that department.


At the end of the day, I do know Icy Mike well, he is a good guy who works hard for what he has. He has always been a super stickler for ID's. He is the one that pioneered the checking the ID's with an electronic government scanner on video tape.

RK looks like they did more than enough to ensure they were 2257 compliant, but they chose the wrong State to do business. Florida is notoriously bad for pressing charges and indicting anyone and everyone involved when it comes to underage sex. You can meet a girl at a 21 and up nightclub, take her home, look at her ID, have sex with her and you're still guilty of statutory rape. If anyone else was involved (someone else drove, someone's house), then they'll get arrested for accessory.

I know it's fucked up, but that's how they handle things in a fucked up conservative State. What could really fuck over RK is the fact that they initially rejected her and then decided to move forward after she presented additional information. When it doubt, get the fuck out. It's going to be hard to find a jury that sides with a porn company and not look at the 15 year old as the victim. Which we all know RK is the real victim...good luck convincing a jury of that. Blaming the mother here is off base. As someone who was once a 15 year old girl, I can tell you one thing for sure. If I had decided to get a fake ID and shoot some porn, the LAST person who could have stopped me was my mom.
