OtterBox for iPhone 4 = FAIL
Had some jackass (have to be careful what I say, some people here get easily offended) a few weeks ago knock the phone out of my hand outside a bar and smashed the front and back.
I ended up selling the busted phone and had this guy pay for a new one, but to prevent this from happening again I bought an OtterBox case. Wow this thing doubled the size of the phone, but feels much safer. However, the area for the headphones is not even close and the stupid flap on the bottom is to big to fit on ANY charger/doc. FU idiots at BestBuy, you have no idea what your talking about now your taking this POS back  |
call Otterbox or email them they will send out a replacement
They are good with CS issues .... |
You just gotta snap some pics of the case and shit like that ... and send to them..

Yeah, I had to use a dremel tool to widen the hole for the headphone jack. The top rubber flap broke recently so going to have to take it back and get a replacement. It did save it a few times when it was dropped though, so it was worth the little faults.

Trident makes a nice case, I have one on my evo. Im pretty sure they have iphone ones. Check amazon though if you like the cases, may be cheaper there (i don't know why but mine was).
http://www.tridentcase.com/ best of luck with it. |
The hole isn't for a headphone jack....It's for the microphone that is just to the right.
That's why there is a flap. Confused the hell out of me. |

This little handy thing from amazon fixes the otterbox not fitting in anything problem
