At what point in time did we start questioning everything our government does? I mean, do you really think the White House could lie about something like this?

Exactly - pretty sad when even the terrorists agree he's dead and threaten USA based on that. If they could humiliate American's by showing up with his body or alive that would do more damage to USA worldwide than anything - and so far - nothing.

The burying at sea was done so that he wouldn't be given a martyr's burial instead - he was treated as a "common" man - nothing more. Terrorists would love to elevate him to a status to be worshiped - USA took care of that but also respected someone's religion which is what USA does.

he's definatly not a free man anymore, the US governemnt would look pretty stupid if he was to film a video holding up todays newspaper. but there's a very tiny chance that he's still alive, but that's because he's been captured and being tortured for info.

No, he's not dead --because conspiracy theorists need something to blog about from their Mommy's basement.

If there was any question that Osama was still alive, the POTUS would not have been the spokesperson to deliver the message. They would have let an underling release the info, just to be able to backtrack (like they did with Colin Powell and the WMD)

It would mean utter incompetence on behalf of the President, the current US administration and the CIA, FBI, NSA, Navy, et al.

The US' reputation in regards to "intelligence" would be completely demolished and the US would be the laughing stock of the world. Although it must be said that right now SOME Americans are doing a good job of making the country look nutty by refusing to believe anything and questioning everything, despite logical and reasonable proof.

He cannot be alive, this is for sure. Because US credibility will be ruined worldwide if he comes up with a new video message or something that proves him alive. Govt. wont take such big risk.

At the best, he was died a couple years ago. And after they confirmed it, they tried to play card from it.

And in case, he died in recent shootout, i strongly believe they didn't dump him in the sea yet.

He either died a long time ago, or is still alive. If he is alive, he has no reason to hide. His buddies Obama and Bush have long granted him the CIA protection. They're probably having themselves a beer and a good laugh at gullible Americans right about now...
