Iv used facebook ads before but to send the users to the website facebook page this time im tying it direct to the website and I wont be using it for very long tbh

And at around $1 per click I wasn't waiting around. It was a test to see if it was magic or if it sucked - and it sucked. With Google at least you are targeting people searching for something specifically but with Facebook you can only target people and so you get lots of people that are just bored.
