"Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants conspired to illegally raise the prices of prerecorded Music Products by implementing Minimum Advertised Price policies, in violation of State and Federal laws. All Defendants deny all claims of wrongdoing asserted by the Plaintiffs."

What the fuck is wrong with people? You pay for the things you want to have in life, it's very simple. If you don't want to pay the price they're asking, don't. It's called capitalism, last time I check it was working.

No, capitalism is being able to compete with other store by selling at whatever price you see fit.

Right, but what's wrong with the manufacturor setting a minimum price? Besides the fact that it's in violation of State and Federal laws in that state.
