Paypal = Sponsors MUST pay YOU!

Just checking some statistics and nearly HALF of my members have used Paypal to signup instead of a normal CC processor...

If sponsors are not paying on Paypal then frankly you are getting ripped off...

anyone use paypal as primary?

It amazes me people come here and complain about shaving which does exist... surely this is just another form of it? Webmasters who send a surfer should get full credit for everything that surfer does even if he signs up for another one of that webmaster programs sites.

That all depends on how you have paypal setup. We pay on paypal but we have less than 5% of our transactions through paypal. We choose not to push paypal that hard as international signups have a 2-3 page form to fill out, as well the passcode image is case sensitive and they don't state that it is.

Interesting thread. I do several transactions daily, when there's a paypal option i prefer it over any CC processor. I believe a serious % of surfers does the same. Sponsors should follow largecash's example.

What we do though is a tad different, when they choose a country on our signup form it will choose where to send them.

Epoch, 2000 charge, paypal on some, epassport on some.

We use paypal and epassport for normal ban countries which is already a very low rate of signups.

Doing this brings our denial rate very low for each processor. I do feel that 'most' sponsors do pay on paypal signups, come to think of it I can't think of one that doesnt.

We see a good percentage of our customers using paypal and always pay on it.

20% of my joins came from Pay Pal before I removed them as a billing option. I installed the script and it was all running smoohtly until a slight snag... Pay Pal tech support is awful, 96 hours to reply to an email? I don't need to deal with that ignorant shit.
