Yeah I know it's nothing but an HTML page to look like it's scanning for a virus, but to me it looks like something trying to upload shit (possibly via flash, but clearly it's probably a .gif), I never really had a chance to get a good look at it because I would always close it ASAP, and it still scares the shit out of me and I could have sworn I was infected from it before so I just wanted to make sure it was a harmless phishing page.
I can't believe it's supposed to fool people into thinking it's a friendly virus scanner when that 'loading' bar runs across, I immediately get the feeling that my computer is being attacked.

Huh? Dramas? I was surfing Google images for an image and upon clicking one it redirected me to that page, I would think it's not too uncommon if you're a webmaster..
