Bidders must submit examples of previous work on CMS websites and/or news websites similar to allvoices.com.
Budget is less than $US 350.00.
However, the developer of the CMS system would have seniority to get other higher paid website design and freelancing opportunities.
Project must be completed and approved within four days.
Applicants must have experience with the development of news-related CMS websites, and social networking websites.

This includes the ability of users to send messages to each other.
As administrator, we must be able to manage users... send mass-messages to users... and the ability to be able to approve and reject articles submitted by users.
We have had a problems with website designers making promises to complete project within a certain time, and not doing so.
One website designer, for example, promises to complete a project within 10 days, and after 30 days, has failed to complete the project.
Anyone or organization that makes a bid, and fails to comply with a mutually agreed deadline, and fails to provide professional customer service, forfeits the project, that will be awarded to another website design company.
