    VPN, shared or cheap dedicated?

    I need a VPN, shared or cheap dedicated server for testing purposes which will have very little to none traffic BUT I need it to have a control panel (webmin is more than OK), FFMPEG and remote_mysql . Other than that I don't care much about its features since it's just for production and development purposes.

    and no, I won't check anyone on the hope of the slight possibility of MAYBE some server has what I need. If you have what I'm asking for, SAY IT, I hate to go back and forth with affiliates and sales people that have no idea and make me lose my scarce time.

          CertifiedHosting could also have done that, they have FFMPEG.
