Can you please post some IPs here or ranges. I've blocked some Asian countries, not the Philippines, but you guys are getting blocked somehow in the process.

Their IPs very similar to to the most of IPs from South & South East Asia.
Same with AU, NZ, KR & JP.
So if you want to block certain countries, it would be better idea to use GeoIP.

Do you use blockacountry site maybe ?

No zone file for blocking/whitelisting will be 100% accurate in this day and age, but I have found the ones from this site pretty close.

There are 100% correct zones,but they cost moonies.

We are using Geo IP but it seems some "unknown" IPs were slipping through and getting blocked.

The Geo-IP database is updated every month.
How old is your database?

Ah I can explain that I think. True has some kind of presence in Phillipines, forget the name of the company, and uses local thai web proxy cache servers.

Same error as ip2nation database-showing romanian ip adress as europe union address,meanwhile domaintools,ripe whois and ip-adress.com show it properly.
