.XXX is just a money generation scheme. If the domains were worth something, then ICM would not have taken SEX.XXX (the most valuable .com domain) as their own.

Everyone will have to identify themselves and prove they're in adult to register, so 99% will not even get approved for .xxx.

(Of course that will not generate much .xxx sales, so they will lift this rule when they find out. Money talks.)

In prob 5+ years I haven't picked up anything but .com's - not that the others don't have value, that's just how little I care about the other extensions.

I'm sure most people are like myself... they find it annoying as hell that we have to un-check the other domain extensions just to register a .com - It's worse than having to press 1 for English... and that's, arrggggg!
