Does anyone have a theme that locates the ads in places most likely to get clicked while not being overly spammy?

i know only one, prosense

Probably just going to go with thesis and thesis openhook.

(I've placed ads in custom locations for thecelebforum.co.uk and have done custom work with adultwebmastersinfo.com in their vBulletin forum).
