Cute lil fella

So cute. But honestly I owned a really tiny female dog not too long ago, and when they breed them that small they have health issues and it really sucks. My girl had a seizure and died, from some fluke illness too. I'm still not over it. Next dog I ever get is going to be a mixed pound puppy who needs love and won't break.

that dog is so adorable, but man watch out cause he sure is fragile for a doggie.

Jman 04-18-2011 05:46 PM

I'd like to see it bark and move ;-)))

dyna mo 04-18-2011 06:14 PM

Is that really his name?????

Too small and fragile for me. Be terrified of breaking it.

Funny you mention this. My wife and I visited a friend and he has 2 puppies and they didn't bark ONCE the whole time we were at his place. Our chis, on the other hand, would yip and yap at anything and anyone. I've reached a point where I thought ALL dogs bark all the time. :1orglaugh

You lucked out. I thought they set each other off so we kept them apart as an experiment. Still barking. LOL. I love them to bits though. Best dogs in the world!:thumbsup

When I was a kid my mom got a chi and that little bastard was a barking machine. If there was any noise at all outside he would bark and he wouldn't stop until someone finally yelled at him.

The neighbors complained because we had a doggie door and once everyone was gone to work and school for the day and he was home alone he would run out into the backyard and bark all day non-stop.

you're right, i did luck out. :)i say that to myself pretty much every day. but re: barking. my guy is ~4 years old and we never lived near barking dogs until ~1 year ago and he never barked except when the doorbell rang kinda thing. now, with barking dogs, he chimes in with them all the time and also seems to start barking easier now. it's not bad, but just something i noticed, thus the set each other off comment. + when we come across a 4 pack of chis on leash held by 1 owner- they go OFF! too funny.

No thanks. However, if I got Buddy a partner, this guy may have been workable. It isn't like he takes up any space and they got along great.
