Which Program / Sponsor believes they have the most additively clickable promo banner? Animated or Static - Please post the banner here, thanks!

the sponsor seem to be stumble over each other to get your business

I'm a lowly affiliate, but was looking at Nubiles's scroller iframe with video just last night and think it's pretty slick.
