new harddrive and windows 7 ultimate
 
So i bought a new 60 gig SSD harddrive and installd a clean windows 7 uiltimate on it.
Spins and load real fast.


haha you are jalouse now he.... my windows starts up twice as fast as your slow HHD :)


i hope this will speed up rendering videos as well but i have yet to try.

1. SSDs do not "spin".
2. I've had Win7 since it came out.
3. My Macs blow your shit out of the water.

i would think a scratch disk specifically for rendering would speed things up better than a 60g ssd primary. could be wrong though. it's not what i would of done to speed my box up for rendering eh.
