I don't know what she does but when I contact her to fix my account she is responsive now issue was resolve. I hope that next month they wont ask another documents :1orglaugh this thread is now closed as problem solve.

The best way for ANYONE to get help with a Paxum related issue is to contact the support department directly. Open a ticket (inside the Message Center) or send an email to [email protected] Our support team are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, and keen to assist. I am always available to contact as well (ICQ/AIM/YM/SKYPE/EMAIL/etc), but I do have to consult with the support department to get specific answers relating to your account, so it makes much more sense to contact them directly. :thumbsup We appreciate your business and I'm glad your situation is resolved. :) |

Hope that my problem will be solved. I also heard from a friend that Paxum bank blocked my country (Macedonia). I hope those two issues will be fixed very soon, by far i haven't any problems with their service.
