Lots of Saaz hops for bittering and flavor, crystal malt and Safale 05 yeast. Makes a good brew. Leftover grain makes good bread too.

I don't like beer. Every summer I say I'm going to try and find one that I like and buy myself a 6 pack of something new.

I 3rd that. Its my go-to winter beer, and its only 4.1% so its light on the alcohol. For the summer though, I like to drink Wheat beer, Hoegaarden is a good one. As is Hacker Pschorr Weisse.
