Convert .htpasswd into MySQL?
How can I convert/export current member info into a MySQL DB? I'm currently using epoch as processor, and would like to them to postback the joins to my own DB, this seems quite easy, but I don't know what to do with the recurring members.. I need their Username/Password + email as the minimum.. :helpme

thanks for the great help!!:thumbsup

What exactly are you asking? How much of your question is technique (ie what modules do I use) and how much is theory (ie what sort of info should I track for recurring).
I can't really comment specifically on using epoch with DB authentication. We haven't used them in almost 2 years, so a lot might have changed. |
Hi
We work all our our members from a mysql database. We pretty much hack any scripts we get from billing companies (that work with htpasswd files) to work with mysql - (typically the check/add/delete routines). We don't use mysql for realtime authentication tho, i dont know how the load would go when you have big numbers of members. Robert |
Use Apache AuthMySQL module.
