Are we talking The Nug with The Dukes? Or when The Nug went solo?

It is good too but check that tune out if you haven't heard it. It was before Ted went totallly solo.

I was about 15 at the time I think when that shit came out.

Before he went solo. Band was called Ted Nugent with the Amboy Dukes.

Very few people now a days will now that, he had some very cool riffs back then

I know it was The Amboy Dukes, and other than "Journey to the Center of Your Mind", I'm not sure they made anything worth listening to.

Now, The Nug as a solo artist? That's a whole different story.

I played in a band with Rob Ruzga (the bassist with The Amboy Dukes for the "Survival Of The Fittest" album) all through the 1980's. He died of a bad liver from drinking in 2007

He and I were room mates for many years and had some of the best times of my life. He was a total alcoholic. I remember we would get completely wasted and break out his book of phone numbers.

Late night phone calls from us to Rod Stewart, Alice Cooper, and Ted himself (who was never amused) lol
