Sketcher's Shape Up's

I have worn them all day every day since I bought them last week.

Squishy and comfortable.

:)

DO you sit at your desk in them or actually walk around?

Serve you right when you end up with Kim Kardashian's arse.

I'll never wear another gimmick, runner, sports, trainer sneaker ever again after switching to Vibram Five Fingers.

I don't know Ray, if you have to rely on a shoe to keep you fit, I think it's time to look hard at your lifestyle.

My universal weights and my magnetic bike helps. :)

I figured I was walking around anyway, why not get a little extra.

They are great to walk in. You can't drag your feet. If you walk heel to toe they will vitually walk you along.

very squishy and comfortable.

i see. were you sore the 1st few days of wearing them? i've been wanting to get a shoe like this but couldn't figure out if they are good for knee joints and such as well or if they were just for tightening the glutes and all. it sounds like all the above eh.

might have to get a pair now! :thumbsup

~Ray 04-12-2011 02:34 PM

my ass is a little sore, but my sore knee is not hurting any more or less.

I think the advertising they run is brilliant! They basically brainwash every fat ass out there to wear these shoes and they will all look like Kim Kardashian and Joe Montana without any real effort LOL!

NikKay 04-12-2011 02:43 PM

I wore mine walking around NYC for 3 days straight and had no pain anywhere. Usually 3 days of walking 5+ miles a day would give me some amount of lower back pain and maybe shin splints. So, for comfort I definitely have been recommending them.

As for making my ass any smaller... I'm not buying that sales pitch. :)

thickcash_amo 04-12-2011 04:48 PM

they remind me of shoes with velcro and lifts

MrBottomTooth 04-12-2011 05:07 PM

What do they actually do? I am too lazy to google because I am intoxicated. Just seen the Gretzky commercials.

Anthony 04-12-2011 05:12 PM

I think everyone should get Vibram FF shoes. My back and knee pain are gone living in these.

JustDaveXxx 04-12-2011 06:14 PM

Sketchers shape ups are really good for shooting. Very quiet on set.

blonda80 04-12-2011 11:26 PM
