A learners permit in Nevada is the same as what we used to call a "restricted license" when I was a teenager. It is a drivers license and has your picture on it. It's not a print out.

Although defense tried to introduce testimony that the girl and her friends had told Garnett that she was 16 the court had it stricken as immaterial. Garnett was found guilty.
