As someone running a program, I'd like programs who think their affiliates are annoying to just tell them all to send their traffic to SpookyCash.

about the "never send in * form". One thing that is annoying is that a couple of sponsors still don't realize that the majority of their non-US based affiliates DOES NOT need to send in w8 forms.

I answer emails on sundays.

haha, well if you're not making at least $10,000 a month of verifiable affiliate earnings you won't get accepted to a certain CPA network.
