For me, as long as his age doesn't affect his ability judge the merits of the case and apply the appropriate law to the case, let him be. Age discrimination sucks.

can you imagine the wisdom that guy has after decades and decades of hearing cases as a federal judge? fuck, kennedy appointed him. seems to me that he's doing a fine job, hat's off.
