It looks like you are selling the domain + template? I don't see much traffic, rankings, content, or community. What sort of money are you looking to get?

Selling the domain, customized WordPress theme, all of the articles (custom written content) and other files that are included/displayed on the website.

Some "light" traffic is there as well... Around 1,500 visitors per month on average right now. Used to be 3x-5x that when we were adding new content.

Website is a Google PR2 and has been online for a while now...
